Verizon Connect updates fleet management functionality

Verizon Connect’s latest Reveal Field update is available to new and existing customers with a QuickBooks Online subscription.

Verizon Connect has announced a new feature in its fleet tracking software. Reveal Field is now integrated with QuickBooks Online. The upgrade is designed to help fleets better track field equipment expenses, improve billing, and make tax preparation easier.

Verizon Connect says new billing and accounting feature will help field service organizations any customer managing the installation, maintenance or repair of materials or equipment installed in the field prepare more effectively for the next tax season.

The QuickBooks Online integration is available in the US to anyone with a subscription.

“Customers can now manage customer invoices without having to enter them twice, which saves a lot of time and reduces the risk of errors.” said Erin Cave, director of product management at Verizon Connect.

With QuickBooks Online integration, users can start invoice in Reveal Field and sync work and contact data to complete invoice in QuickBooks Online. If an existing contact is found in QuickBooks, the invoice will be created under that contact. If no contact is found, Reveal Field will create a new one and add it to QuickBooks.
